Seated on the back of the sofa is Mary Constance (1862-1937), Lady Elcho, the wife of Hugo Richard Wemyss Charteris Douglas, the eleventh earl of Wemyss, also Lord Elcho, Earl of March, Viscount Pebbles, and Baron of Neidpath.
