ARABIAN SEA (Sept. 15, 2010) Aviation Structural Mechanic Airman Ismayda Acquie receives a flag and condolences from Chief Machinist's Mate (Sel.) John J. Matthews during the 9/11 Memorial Remembrance Ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Acquie lost her father, police officer Jay Ruiz, in the attacks on the World Trade Center Sept. 11, 2001. Harry S. Truman is deployed as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
