YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 1, 2010) Interior Communications Electrician 2nd Class Kevin Penson, assigned to Defense Media Activity, Yokosuka, places an ornament on the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan tree during the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Festival of Trees decoration ceremony. The Festival of Trees is an annual tree-viewing event for Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan sea and shore command representatives display a Christmas tree with decorations unique to their commands.
