NORFOLK (Dec. 15, 2010) Sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) remove the national ensign as the ship pulls away from the pier at Naval Station Norfolk. Stout is deploying to the Mediterranean Sea and the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility, where it will be conducting its second Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) system deployment.
