GULF OF THAILAND (Feb. 15, 2011) Sailors aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Denver (LPD 9) hook up a pole pendant to a SA-330J Puma helicopter assigned to the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) during an underway replenishment. Denver is part of the forward-deployed Essex Amphibious Ready Group and is underway participating in Cobra Gold 2011, a multinational military exercises designed to ensure regional peace and stability.
