SAN DIEGO (Jan. 26, 2011) The newest Military Sealift Command (MSC) dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) exits San Diego Bay to complete sea trials before delivery to the MSC Feb. 23.
